Frequently asked questions
DRAFT [LAWYER REVIEW]. NOT FOR PUBLICATION. This FAQ is a plain-language summary. The Official Rules win on any conflict. Bracketed items are placeholders.
A free weekly contest. You get your own tracking links, share them, and the Entrants with the highest quality-weighted scores win LUNC from a public prize wallet. Your score comes from clicks on your links. See Rules 5, 6 and 8.
No. No purchase or payment is needed to enter or win, and paying doesn't improve your chances (Rule 1).
Anyone 18 or older can join, anywhere it's legal. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, you need to be that age. People who live in [EXCLUDED COUNTRIES/REGIONS] can't enter. Void where prohibited by law. It's up to you to check that joining is legal where you live. Employees of [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME] and their immediate families can't enter. You confirm your age when you sign up. We don't ask for documents, but a false confirmation can lead to disqualification, even after results are posted (Rule 3). [LAWYER REVIEW]
The site is offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Turkish, Indonesian and Chinese (Simplified). Prizes are open to anyone who can enter under Rule 3, in any country where joining is legal, except [EXCLUDED COUNTRIES/REGIONS]. Your language setting doesn't change who can enter. Anyone is welcome to read along and join the community. If a translation and the English Official Rules ever differ, the English version controls. [LAWYER REVIEW]
Register for free at [URL] with your email address and a password (at least 10 characters), complete a quick human check, verify your email address by opening the link we email you, and you'll get your tracking links. After that, you sign in with your email and password. Temporary or disposable email addresses may not be accepted (Rule 5).
You need a verified email to count as an Entrant, to appear in the top 10, and to receive any prize. Winners also prove they own their payout address before payout. You don't need a social account to compete. A winner flagged in fraud review must link one (Rules 6a, 10b and 10b2).
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. If there's an account with that email, we email you a one-time reset link. It works for 30 minutes. Open it and choose a new password. Used email sign-in links before? Do the same to set a password.
No. One account per person, ever, and each account needs its own email address that you control. Duplicate or shared accounts can be refused or closed (Rule 3).
It's a helpful starting point, but it can make mistakes. Its answers aren't official notices and aren't binding, and the Official Rules control (Rule 15). It can't see your account or standings, so check your dashboard and the leaderboard for those. It will never ask for your seed phrase/private keys. Admins never DM first, so report scams to [REPORT CONTACT].
From quality-weighted clicks on your links during the Round (Rule 6).
Only genuine clicks from real people count. All traffic is filtered and de-duplicated, and repeat or invalid clicks don't count (Exhibit A).
Counts can change as traffic is reviewed. Your dashboard shows your counted and filtered totals, which update periodically. Final standings use the reviewed counts, and the live leaderboard is unofficial until results are verified.
For the final 6 hours before each freeze, the board shows rank bands instead of exact ranks and scores. The Sponsor may choose to show the top 3's counted numbers at any time before the freeze, including during the final hours; all other ranks stay banded during the final hours. Exact standings appear with provisional results (Rule 6b).
The higher weighted total of counted clicks wins. If still tied, the earlier signup wins (Rule 7).
- Each Round runs Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59 [TZ], when standings freeze.
- Provisional results: Monday 12:00 [TZ].
- Final results: Wednesday 12:00 [TZ].
- There are no appeals. If you think something is wrong, contact an admin at [CONTACT EMAIL].
See Rules 4, 10 and 11.
12 weekly Rounds. Season 1 runs [START DATE] to [END DATE] (Rule 4a).
LUNC (Terra Luna Classic), from the public prize wallet [terra1... ADDRESS], viewable at [EXPLORER URL]. Prizes are funded only by the Sponsor (Rules 8a and 8a1).
The prize wallet balance at the freeze snapshot, minus a gas reserve of [X] LUNC. It's made up only of Sponsor funds: the Sponsor seed and any milestone LUNC. Sponsor LUNC arriving after the snapshot goes to the next Round (Rule 8c). LUNC sent to the prize wallet by anyone other than the Sponsor isn't part of the prize (Rule 8c).
LUNC worth about $50 in Rounds 1-4, $75 in Rounds 5-8 and $100 in Rounds 9-12 of Season 1. If a Round has 100+ Entrants, the Sponsor adds LUNC worth $10; at 250+, LUNC worth $35 in total (Rule 8b).
50/30/20 among the top 3 Entrants. With 250 or more Entrants, 40/25/20/15 among the top 4 (Rule 8c).
[X] LUNC kept in the wallet to cover network fees. It isn't part of the prize pool, and the Sponsor pays network fees (Rule 8h).
No. Each person (including linked accounts) can win a leaderboard prize only once, ever (Rule 8a).
Yes: $599.99 in total for life, counting all leaderboard prizes. If an award would go over, you get the remaining amount and the rest rolls down to the next eligible Entrant. There's also a $4,500 Season ceiling; anything above it rolls to the next Season (Rules 8f and 8g).
You don't send ID, tax forms or any other personal details. Your account needs a verified email, and within 3 days (72 hours) of being notified that you won, you prove you own your terra1 payout address by signing a message with that wallet. If you don't have a public display name yet, please also set one within the same 72 hours, because winners are listed publicly (see "Will my win be public?"). Missing that window doesn't forfeit your prize, but your payout waits until your display name is set. If your account was flagged in fraud review, you also link a public social account within the same 72 hours (see below). Payouts are sent manually on-chain within [X] days of final results, with transaction hashes posted. Double-check your address: LUNC sent to the address you gave can't be recovered (Rule 10). [LAWYER REVIEW]
Yes. Winners can't stay anonymous. If you win, your display name, linked X handle or linked TikTok @username, your place, your LUNC prize amount and your payout transaction are shown publicly on the site's Winners pages, including the results page and the Hall of Fame. On the Winners pages (including the results page), the home page's recent winners list and your winner card, you're shown by your verified X @handle if you've linked X and keep Show my @handle publicly on; otherwise by your verified TikTok @username if you've linked TikTok and keep Show my @username publicly on; otherwise by your display name, without an @. Only one account is shown, and X comes first. The profile picture of the account shown appears with it, unless we don't have a copy (for example, if you use the platform's default picture). [LAWYER REVIEW] We show our own copy of the picture, so the site never loads images from X or TikTok. If you turn off an account's switch in your settings, its handle and picture are hidden together, and the next option in that order is shown instead. If you don't have a display name yet, please set one within the same 72 hours as your other payout steps. Your payout waits until it's set, and if it's still missing after 7 days, the prize may roll down to the next eligible Entrant. We never show your email address or other personal details, and we don't display your wallet address on the site unless you choose to turn on tips. Only then do we show your verified payout address on the Winners pages, so people can tip you. It stays there only as long as tips are on. The payout transaction itself is public on the blockchain, though, so anyone who opens it can see the wallet address that received the prize (Rules 10b and 10f). [LAWYER REVIEW]
When you save a payout address, you prove you own it by signing a message with that wallet, and it locks as soon as it's saved. To change it, you need a recent sign-in (within the last 10 minutes). Enter the new address, then enter the confirmation code we email to your verified email address. The change takes effect 7 days later. During those 7 days we email you a cancel link (you can also cancel from your dashboard), and affected payouts are held. You'll also need to prove you own the new address before it's used (Rule 10). [LAWYER REVIEW]
Yes, while verification finishes (for example an open review, or confirming your payout address). We'll tell you. No award is held more than 7 days in total for unresolved verification; after that it rolls down (Rule 10d, Exhibit A).
Winners are responsible for all taxes, based on the fair market value when they receive the prize. We don't ask winners for tax forms before payout (Rule 8i). [LAWYER REVIEW]
USD figures are approximate and for information only; prizes are paid in LUNC. LUNC's value can change significantly, including between the snapshot and payout, and the Sponsor doesn't guarantee any USD value (Rules 8d and 8e). This is a contest, not an investment, and nothing here is financial advice. [LAWYER REVIEW]
Referral rewards are planned for a future season and aren't offered now. Nothing you do today earns referral credit.
It's sent back. Prizes are funded only by the Sponsor. Any LUNC sent to the prize wallet is returned to the sending address, minus network fees, except in fraud cases. If you send from an exchange, it goes back to the exchange's address and may not reach you (Rule 8a1). [LAWYER REVIEW]
Winners can choose to turn on tips. Only then do we show their verified payout address on the Winners page, so people can tip them directly. Anyone can see what's in a published wallet, so if you win, use a new wallet for your payout, not a main wallet with a lot of money. A tip is a private gift between you and the winner, not a prize and not part of the contest. The Sponsor doesn't handle, guarantee, track or verify tips, they give no advantage, and they don't count toward the $599.99 lifetime cap. Asking for, offering, or promising to share tips in exchange for views or clicks is prohibited. Winners are responsible for any taxes, and can turn tips off to remove the displayed address (Rule 10e). [LAWYER REVIEW]
Put your own tracking link in every post (or in your bio or link field where the platform needs that), and #contest #ad in every caption. We count clicks on your link, so if people can't reach your link from a post, that post brings you no clicks. It works the same whether you post by hand or with a scheduler like Postiz. Step-by-step guide: How to post so it counts (Rules 6 and 13).
Every post with your contest link must include #contest #ad where it's visible without tapping "more." Say it out loud on video and put it on every story frame that has a link. Don't bury it among other hashtags (Rule 13).
Yes. Scheduling, cross-posting and AI writing tools are fine for real posts, and you're responsible for each one (Rule 13b).
If you shortened or masked your link, they won’t. Share the link exactly as you copied it. If your scheduler shortens links on its own (like Buffer’s buff.ly), turn that off (Rule 6c).
Plugs, boost comments, and anything that automatically likes, comments or reposts, plus mass posting into groups and any tool that generates clicks or views. Turn these off before scheduling (Rule 13b).
Repeats to your own followers are fine at a reasonable pace (we suggest no more than about once a day per platform). Never repeat posts into groups or other people's threads.
No price predictions, return claims or calling it an investment, and never offer anything for clicks, views or signups, including tips (Rules 10e and 13).
A showcase of real contest posts. You can submit up to 2 of your own public posts a week, with a sentence on what you did and why it worked. Submissions are reviewed, and being featured isn't a prize and doesn't affect your score (Rule 13a).
No. Any views or clicks range on a What's Working card is shared by the poster. Golden Ticket doesn't check it, and it has no effect on scores, rankings or prizes (Rule 13a). Example cards show no results.
Bots and automation, bought or exchanged traffic, rewarded clicks (including tips offered or asked for in exchange for clicks), self-clicking, multiple accounts, buying or sharing accounts, impersonation and tampering (Exhibit A).
We use a mix of automated checks and human review. We don't share specific methods or limits, because that would help people get around them.
Yes, for breaking the Rules or the Fair-Play Policy. A real person reviews before any disqualification. Disqualified people forfeit unpaid prizes (Rule 12).
Results are final by the clock. Questions? Contact an admin.
We will never ask for your seed phrase/private keys. We will never ask you to pay or send crypto to get a prize. On this site, your wallet is only used to sign a free message that proves an address is yours, such as your payout address. Your wallet app may ask you to allow this site first. Then it shows you the message. Signing it cannot move your money. Anyone who asks for more is a scammer. Golden Ticket admins never DM you first. Never type your seed phrase into any website, form or chat. Report scams to [REPORT CONTACT] (Rule 10b). [LAWYER REVIEW]
Yes, please! Verified members can send up to 3 suggestions a week through the Suggestion Box. Ideas that help the contest run smoothly and creative ideas are both welcome. Only the admins see what you send. Suggestions are unpaid and don't earn points or prizes, and we may use an idea without paying for it. We'll credit you by username only if you opt in. Please don't include private or confidential information. See Rule 13c.
Yes. There's a Golden Ticket forum with topics for getting started, promotion tactics, tools, LUNC news and ideas, and a Golden Ticket Telegram chat at [TELEGRAM LINK]. Both follow the community guidelines and Rule 13d. Golden Ticket admins will never DM you first or ask for your seed phrase/private keys. Please keep tracking links out of both, and report scams to [REPORT CONTACT].
